I have stayed in an a double room with terrace, a bedroom area, and large windows. Its location is great, close to the centre of Assen where there are lots of shops and cafes as well as the train station. Also, Drenthe Archive is just a short walk away from the hotel.

Truly enjoyed my 1 night stay at B&B De Notaris. My room included a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. - Liked the view of the courtyard. - the location was marvelous in the middle of Assen. - I randomly popped into Koffielounge de Brink for some pastries, located not too far from the hotel.

The room was a good size and had everything I needed - a shower, hairdryer, and big bath towels, just in case. the bed was comfy and there was free Wi-Fi available. Overall, a cozy stay 😊.
